I started using PEP Paxi from the year 2022 and ever since then I've been using it to courier every parcel safely to its destination. I have never had any issues with their delivery services as of current 2025.
Paxi has thus far been fast, and reliable towards me. My hopes for Paxi is for it to grow more and maybe also consider doing overnight deliveries and have options where they can allow us to buy their Paxi plastics easily online and have it delivered same day without going to the store.
Rules for the Reciever
1.As the reciever I am responsible for giving the correct number that I receive all SMS's and calls with to ensure that PAXI (The courier company) sends me all the delivery and arrival text messages of my parcel directly to me.
2.As the reciever I am responsible to keep track of my parcel and collect it on the correct time frame that PAXI has stipulated on my delivery message.
3.As the reciever if I happen to give the wrong PAXI Code, the wrong province or the wrong pep destination mall it is my responsibility to resend the full amount of the goods and wait for a new parcel to be sent through.
4.As the reciever it is my responsibility to ensure that the sender has sent my parcel to the right store, if it so happens that I report an issue 2 days after the parcel has been sent it is my responsibility to resend the full amount of the goods and wait for the new parcel to be sent through.
5.As the reciever It is my responsibility to ensure that I collect my parcel with my registered ID DOCUMENT when the parcels arrives should anything be found missing or suspicious with the parcel "I" as the reciever will be aware first hand.
Rules for the Sender
1.As the Sender it is my responsibility to send to the correct cell number and Paxi Code or pep name and province that the patient has sent towards me.
2.As the Sender should I make a mistake and send to the wrong pep destination it is my responsibility to resend the parcel to the patient without asking for them to send any money.
3.As the Sender if my patient has not received the PAXI delivery message it is my responsibility to send them their delivery tracking number so they can track the parcel.
4.As the Sender it is my responsibility to explain how the product works once the parcel has arrived and to use the correct language that me and the client will understand each other on.
5.As the Sender it is my responsibility to send the parcel at least 3 days after payment has taken place. If any circumstances arise I am responsible for keeping in contact with the patient and notifying them on when will I courier their parcel.
6.As the reciever please take note that money that is sent on Fridays, or weekends for any products patients must be aware that it will be sent out for courier during business working days which means the following week on either a Monday or Tuesday.
